IMPORTANT: This vehicle is sold strictly as a trade sale. The Purchaser confirms they are acting in the course of business and not as a consumer. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 does not apply.

1. As-Is Condition

1.1. The Vehicle is sold strictly “as seen, tried, and approved” with no warranty given or implied.

1.2. The Seller makes no representations regarding the condition, fitness for purpose, or roadworthiness of the Vehicle.

1.3. No employee or agent of the Seller has authority to make any representation or warranty on behalf of the Seller.

2. Inspection

2.1. The Purchaser confirms they have inspected the Vehicle or chosen not to do so.

2.2. The Purchaser accepts the Vehicle in its current condition at the time of sale.

3. Legal Framework

3.1. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

3.2. The Purchaser confirms they are purchasing in a business capacity and waive any consumer protections.

4. VAT & Margin Scheme

4.1. The Vehicle is sold under the Second-Hand Margin Scheme.

4.2. No warranty is provided, unless expressly agreed in writing.

5. Broker Services

5.1. The Company may act as a broker to source a vehicle on the Purchaser’s behalf.

5.2. Full details of the vehicle will be disclosed prior to purchase.

5.3. A sourcing fee from £250 is payable and acts as a non-refundable commitment once the Purchaser agrees to proceed.

6.1. An optional in-house warranty may be available at additional cost.
